Body therapy sees body and mind as being closely connected.
When the body hurts, it affects our mind, and psychological pressure can also cause physical pain. The body is often the first to show when something is not as it should be, and it bears the consequences of our choices – or the lack of them. These consequences often manifest as tension, blockages and pain.

I place great importance on creating a safe space during treatment, where through body therapy you can find the connection to yourself and learn to feel yourself with a new awareness. That way you can live and make decisions from a more honest place inside yourself.

Sports massage

Where body therapy focuses on the connection between body and mind, sports massage focuses more on the muscles and recovery. With creme oil and deep flowing strokes, where I also use deep tissue techniques, I work the entire body with a focus on tension, soreness and stiffness, so that your body can feel lighter, more relaxed and ready to move again. It is a good choice if you have trained hard or incorrectly, sat too much – or you just need a strong reset.

Reiki healing is a gentle and deeply relaxing energy therapy that balances body, mind, and emotions. Through light touch, Reiki helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and support the body’s natural healing.

It can relieve stress, anxiety, and emotional imbalances, and serve as a valuable complement to medical treatments, such as chemotherapy or post-surgery recovery. Reiki promotes inner peace and well-being but does not replace medical care.
